1. General provisions

This Privacy Policy defines the rules for processing personal data of Users using the website https://www.sqm.eu/ and its subpages (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”).

2. Definitions

Controller – the Data Controller of Users’ personal data, i.e. SQM Prosta Spółka Akcyjna based in Komorniki.
Service – the website available at https://www.sqm.eu/ and its subpages.
User – any person browsing the Service or providing their data through forms (e.g., contact forms). The User has the right to access their personal data, and the right to correct or delete them.

The Controller may process:
