1. General provisions
- The Data Controller is SQM Prosta Spółka Akcyjna with its registered office in Komorniki, address: ul. Poznańska 165, 62-052 Komorniki, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court Poznań – Nowe Miasto i Wilda in Poznań, VIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number: 0001004637, NIP (Tax ID): 7792361182, share capital: 4,080,370.00 PLN, e-mail address: biuro@sqm.eu.
- This Privacy Policy defines the rules for processing personal data of Users using the website https://www.sqm.eu/ and its subpages (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”).
2. Definitions
- Controller – the Data Controller of Users’ personal data, i.e. SQM Prosta Spółka Akcyjna based in Komorniki.
- Service – the website available at https://www.sqm.eu/ and its subpages.
