FAW Trucks’ stand at IAA TRANSPORTATION 2026 in Hannover brought together large-format visuals, interactive technology, and exhibition lighting. Commissioned by EKS-TAR, SQM delivered the complete AV, lighting, and sound installation. These systems complemented the stand’s sweeping overhead architecture, creating a striking setting for the vehicles on show.

TECHNICAL SETUP OVERVIEW

With vehicles, digital content, and visitor interaction sharing one exhibition space, the installation required close coordination between our video, lighting, and audio teams.

Key elements of the setup included:

• 520 P2.6 LED Panels: Supply and installation of LED screens that brought large-format brand and product content into the exhibition space
• Around 350 Lighting Fixtures: Exhibition and effect lighting distributed throughout the stand to highlight the vehicles and support the overall visual presentation
• Seamless Displays and Interactive Screens: Seamless display solutions alongside around 20 standard and touchscreen monitors, supporting product presentations and visitor interaction
• Professional Audio: LD Systems MAILA line arrays and wireless microphones, providing clear sound coverage for presentations across the stand

BOLD PRESENCE ON THE SHOW FLOOR

The technical installation supported the stand’s design at every level. LED screens provided a dynamic visual backdrop, lighting drew attention to the trucks, and individual displays gave visitors a closer look at the products around them.

Together, these systems created a cohesive exhibition environment with FAW Trucks’ vehicles at its centre. From large-scale visuals to clear audio, every element helped bring the brand and its products into focus.
