WTM London 2026
At World Travel Market (WTM) London 2026, SQM delivered technical services across 21 exhibition stands at ExCeL London. Working with stand builders and agencies, our teams provided AV, truss, lighting, interactive solutions and IT networks across various projects.
The deployment involved 13 trucks handling cross-border equipment transport and 100+ technicians working on site from load-in to final handover. This scale required close coordination between logistics and technical teams, with multiple installations progressing in parallel.
TECHNICAL DELIVERY OVERVIEW
The scope of delivery included:
- AV-Systeme: AV Systems: LED walls, screens, projection and sound, supporting destination content and presentations across the stands.
- Truss and Lighting: Structures, rigging and lighting installations adapted to individual stand layouts and designs.
- Interactive Solutions: Touchscreens, interactive installations and immersive experiences supporting visitor engagement.
- IT Networks: Network design and setup, Wi-Fi, connectivity and on-site technical support.
MULTIPLE STANDS, COORDINATED DELIVERY
Jeder Stand zeichnete sich durch eine eigenständige visuelle Identität und spezifische technische Anforderungen aus – von großformatigen Destinations-Displays über immersive Erlebnisräume bis hin zu interaktiven Präsentationen. Unter Einhaltung des straffen Messezeitplans integrierten unsere Teams diese Systeme präzise in die individuellen Standkonzepte.
Dank abgestimmter Logistik, gezielter Personalplanung und kontinuierlichem Support vor Ort konnten wir das gesamte Messegelände zuverlässig bedienen. So profitierten Messebauer und Agenturen von einem zentralen technischen Partner für mehrere Projekte bei derselben Veranstaltung.
