Infoshare 2026: Comprehensive Conference Production
Infoshare is the biggest tech and startup conference in Central and Eastern Europe. Held at AMBEREXPO, the 2026 edition saw SQM Multimedia Solutions handling the complete technical production across all 4 conference stages simultaneously. Managing an event of this scale required a powerhouse setup and a highly coordinated 30-person crew on-site to execute everything from rigging to live streaming.
TECHNICAL DELIVERY OVERVIEW
The production required a massive equipment infrastructure and bulletproof signal management to ensure flawless operation throughout the conference.
The technical breakdown featured:
LED support structures built using Layher and Quadro systems
Advanced signal control and screen management powered by PIXELHUE TECHNOLOGY.
Audio engineering based on LD Systems MAILA line array systems and Sennheiser microphone sets.
Full lighting setups featuring mainly PROLIGHTS fixtures and custom Creatube effects, utilizing various types of lights.
Media Production: Full multi-camera operations, live streaming, and recording for all presentations and panels.
SCALES & EXECUTION
With four stages running at the same time, the project demanded absolute precision from our team. By managing every technical department - rigging, lighting, sound, video, and streaming - under one roof, we provided a seamless, high-energy environment for tech innovators and speakers from around the world.
